Please go ahead.Lenny Silverstein Thank you, operator. Thank you very much for joining us this morning and welcome to Preferred Apartment Communities fourth quarter 2013 earnings call. We hope that each of you have had a chance to review our fourth quarter earnings report, which we released yesterday after the market closed.In a moment, I’ll be turning the call over to John Williams, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for a review of our performance and his thoughts for fiscal 2014.
