Thank you, Ernie, and thank you all for joining us today. Unless otherwise noted, all comparisons will be on a year-over-year basis. Q3 was another strong quarter for Carvana. We set new company records for retail units sold, revenue, gross profit, GAAP operating income and adjusted EBITDA. These results were driven by our company-wide focus on driving profitable growth and efficient operational execution. Retail units sold totaled 217,385 in Q3, an increase of 39% and a new company record. Revenue was $8.04 billion, an increase of 42% and a new company record. Consistent with past quarters, our growth in the third quarter was driven by our 3 long-term drivers of growth: a continuously improving customer offering; increasing awareness, understanding, and trust; and increasing inventory selection and other benefits of scale. The third quarter marked our 11th consecutive quarter of industry-leading retail unit growth and [ industry-leading ] adjusted EBITDA margin. Non-GAAP retail GPU increased by $85, primarily driven by wider spreads between retail and wholesale market prices, partially offset by higher non-vehicle costs. Non-GAAP wholesale GPU decreased by $196, primarily driven by our 39% retail units sold growth outpacing our wholesale gross profit growth. Non-GAAP other GPU decreased by $299, primarily driven by our decision to give back to customers in the form of lower interest rates relative to benchmark rates as well as by rising benchmark rates in the third quarter, partially offset by higher average amount financed and hedging gains. Non-GAAP SG&A expense per retail unit sold was approximately flat. Operations expense increased $109 per retail unit sold, primarily due to higher fuel and logistics costs. This increase was more than offset by a $159 per retail unit sold reduction in overhead expense, driven by our 39% growth rate. Advertising expense increased by $45 per retail unit sold as we continue to invest in building awareness, understanding and trust in our customer offering. We continue to see opportunities for significant SG&A leverage over time as we scale, driven by both continued improvements in operational expenses, as well as leverage in the fixed components of our cost structure. Net income was $483 million, an increase of $220 million. Net income was negatively impacted by a one-time $53 million pretax expense related to the early redemption of senior secured notes. Net income margin was 6%, an increase from 4.7%. Adjusted EBITDA was a record $800 million, an increase of $163 million. Adjusted EBITDA margin was 10%, a decrease from 11.3%, primarily driven by selling a mix of higher-priced vehicles and giving back to customers in other GPU. GAAP operating income was $714 million, or 89% of adjusted EBITDA, an increase of $162 million and a new company record. Before turning to the balance sheet, I want to spend a moment on what sits underneath these results, the machine we are building to deliver on our long-term goals. With the scale of our ambition, building the machine is a continuous exercise, and our execution is the pacesetter for our growth. That machine has 3 components: selection, speed, and experience. Each of these maps to one or more major operational groups. Our inspection and reconditioning centers drive selection. Our logistics and delivery network drives speed. And these, plus our customer care centers, drive customer experience. Within those groups, the work is carried out by our people, including technicians and cosmetic associates, vehicle transporters, last-mile delivery and customer care advocates, and many more. As we grow at 39%, our ability to hire and train these teams and to give them better tools and processes directly determines how we scale. We are actively working on each of these areas, and we are encouraged by the progress we are making. Turning to the balance sheet. We continue to drive toward investment-grade quality credit ratios. Early in the third quarter, we further strengthened our balance sheet by refinancing the remaining $1.7 billion of senior secured notes due 2030 with a senior secured Term Loan B, resulting in approximately $45 million of annual interest expense savings. This transaction, along with the successful execution of our operational plan in Q3, resulted in a net debt to trailing 12-month adjusted EBITDA ratio of 0.8x and a trailing 12-month adjusted EBITDA to interest expense ratio of 6.9x, both new company records and again placing us in our strongest financial position ever. Our results through Q3 position us well for a strong finish to 2026. Looking forward, we expect the following as long as the environment remains stable: a sequential increase in retail units sold and adjusted EBITDA in the higher end of our previously communicated range of $2.7 billion to $3.0 billion for the full year 2026. In closing, we are excited by what our team accomplished in Q3. We remain focused on executing at a high level, delivering profitable growth, and making consistent progress toward our goals of becoming the largest and most profitable auto retailer and buying and selling millions of cars. Thanks for your attention. We'll now take questions.
