For the third quarter, we reported GAAP net income of $0.10 per share, while distributable earnings were $0.11 per share. In October, we paid a dividend of $0.07 per share with respect to the third quarter which represented approximately a 17% quarter-over-quarter increase. I will now turn over the call to Jim Flynn.
